Yeah, you got hijacked. Do like Sinful said. And/or, do a search on those dickheads, and sometimes they will actually give instructions how to get rid of THEIR dirty deed. like it was an accident that you got hijacked.... yeah, right.

........ If you\'re into using newsgroups, just post a question in a group concerning basic Windows stuff, of the version of Windows you have. There\'s a lot of helpful \"nerds\" out there who their shit.

yeah uhh.. check out add/remove programs in your control panel, you might find some crap you don\'t know or dont\' want installed, and get rid of it. Just be absolutely sure it is in fact crap, and not something you need or use. Also bringing up the ctrl+alt+del \"close program\" window might steer you in a direction of what to get rid of, etc.

Right now i have an \"intelligent explorer\" toolbar tacked onto my windows explorer windows at the top.. i can\'t get rid of it.. and i don\'t know how i got it. The ONE dropdown link that has a \"uninstall intelligent explorer\" option to click on no longer responds when i click on it. LoL, so i know the feeling.

I had this problem when I got back to the states. Spyware wasn\'t a very big deal before I left so I wasn\'t really aware of the problem when I got back. It took only 1 week for my computer to be so screwed up I could barley use it. I tried every free spyware removal program I could find and none of them removed everything. Silly me didn\'t even have anti virus on my system. Anyway I bought Nortons internet security, for the virus protection. It has some adware and spyware blockers and removers with it but still no dice removing all of it. I then purchased Webroot spyware remover (Got a discount cause I had bought the Nortons). This little jewle of a program worked wonders. It took several sweeps and registy edits, but finally all 493 adware and spyware gone. Yea 493! I havvn\'t had any trouble since. This is what I had to do. Just thought I would share my experiance.

PS. You may be able to romove it in control panel but it is in the regstry and memory and will reinstall after you reboot. It\'s the nature of these beast.
