No, I didn\'t need to mod my shaft at all, my truck is a long bed, I used the stealth conversion mounts and a turbo 350 trans.

Yes i did. mine is two piece. had the first shaft made little longer so fit the turbo 400!

I replaced my manual 4 speed with a 700R4 and the driveshaft worked fine. No mods needed. mines a short box also.

I had to modify mine. 700R4 in a 2dr Blazer. I had a new one made when I put the Currie 9\" in.

Short tail 350 will work w/o mods to the shaft.

Long tail will need to be shortened
