Super Chevy Race Info

Has anyone raced during a Super Chevy event? I am thinking about racing in the one that will be at US 131 Motorsports Park in Michigan June 10-12.



I want to make some changes to my truck and give it a try. Any advice on an event like this, besides sit in the stands?

what engine are u running? how much horse and torque...what are the other cars running

Are the 409 cars those cars that go out there and Dog leg before the nitro coupes run? I love those things. I think they have about 40hp but 5000ftlbs of TQ. From the last super chevy show in Atlanta (Which really sucked) they were the coolest things I saw out there.



But it cracks me up watching those. They must have to reset the frame somehow after each run. Cause obviously they aren\'t running Sub Frame Connectors.



I guess they put them out ther to make sure the track is hooking up before the nitro coupes run.
