I am taking my truck off the road and stick with racing it. I want to make changes to it that will not be road friendly. I spent a lot of money on parts that I will no longer need. I may even xhange my hood.
This past weekend at Super Chevy gave me the racing bug. It was nice meeting Fasted there. He is a member of this site and a great person to talk with.

Sounds like fun! Besides racing on a track is more responsible and not to mention legal. I mean NO TICKETS!!!
I caught the racing bug. Actully I never lost it. But I found it more responsible to go roundy-round than draggin on the streets. Not to mention it also much safer. There are ambulance, EMT\'s, firefighters and all kinds of saftey personal - in case something did happen.
THe only thing closer would be drag racin in a hsoptial parking lot! http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif
Well Have fun!!!

If I were you, and you should be glad I\'m not, I wouldn\'t take all street legal items off.
Its still fun on occaision to be able to go for a cruise in your Hotrod.
I drive mine when time and weather permits, and the reaction is always worth it.

I took my truck off the road a while back. I raced it and had a lot of fun with it. Just last weekend I took it for a ride on the street and decided to put it back on the road. I am keeping all of the parts so I can switch back and forth. I was going to sell the parts, but didn\'t get the time. I would hang on to them for a season before you sold them. They are expensive to buy and you don\'t get a lot when you sell them.
