keeping AC with a v8..

I plan on keeping the AC with the V8 swap, anything I need to know before since I\'m gonna keep it, run into any problems? Thx -Adam

I have an 83 T/A as a donor I was going to take all the hoses from it and run those I\'d think the original V6 hoses would be too short. Also I was gonna use the compressor and bracket just because I am gonna run V-Belt.
