i am getting most of my parts gathered up for my engine swap. I am running a 83\' 350 with a long water pump driven by a v-belt. Stealth offeres a splicer kit to make certian radiator hoses mount up to the water pump and the radiator. is this something i need to buy or will it cause any trouble. i have a 2 in. body lift on if it will help/hurt me. also with the body lift should i go ahead and purchase the cutout plate for my evaporator housing. if needed and makes it easier thn i will go ahead and get it to.

JTR also makes a splicer kit and tells you which hoses to get to splice with minimum hassles. I got one and it was a good investment for me.

By the way, I also got the cutout plate for the evaporator. It worked great. Plenty of valve cover clearance.
