Hey everyone. It saddens me greatly to write this post. I need to get back to school and get a real job, a career. I\'m tired of working my ass off for the bottom of the barrel. Because my credit sucks and I don\'t have money to throw around besides, I am very seriously thinking about selling the truck and parts which I\'ve put aside every little penny I could spare to save for so I can pay for school. Anyways, I really don\'t wanna see this thing go, it is my baby, and I\'ve put alot of thought and hard work into it. But I wanted to give all you guys a heads up that I might be selling it. I would prefer to get rid of it all in one shot, it would make a nice project for somebody to finish.....alot of the work is done, I have almost all the parts to finish the job (mostly just missing misc brackets and things like that). However, for the right price, I would be willing to sell individual parts. Anyways, Here is a list of what all I have. It is an 89 S15 Jimmy w/ 4x4, and came equipped witha 4.3 TBI and a 700R4 Automatic. As far as what is done to the truck, the engine and tranny were removed, so was pretty much everything on the front end. I didn\'t want it to be an automatic, so I ripped out all the automatic components (all the linkages, the steering column, ect..) and installed a clutch pedal. I removed the gas tank to replace some of the lines. I also removed all of the steering components to clean up, sand down, and paint. Thats all the work I can think that I have done to the truck itself. As far as parts, There are probably too many to list, but I\'ll list the major ones.
-The Engine....its a 350 4 bolt main from a chevy fullsize truck. I had it professionally rebuilt, bored .030 over, scat crank, KB Hyperutectic pistons, Pro topline vortec heads, Comp cam for computer controlled vehicles (don\'t have the cam # on me right now, I\'m at work) A GM Performance Parts Intake for using TBI and EGR with Vortec heads. I also have a TBI unit bored out to 50mm and the intake was bored out to match that.
-Transmission, its a NV3500 from a 91 Chevy S10 with 4x4....I was able to verify that it does work and it has around 50K on it
-Edelbrock IAS Shocks, all 4
-High flow Fuel Pump for the bigger TBI unit
-Hedman Headers for the S10 conversion w/ 4x4
-All the mounts for 4x4 and the 4x4 oil pan (which are already installed on the engine of course)
-A Radiator support from a 92 Blazer (so you can use the brand new one piece grille I have to go with it)
-A brand new corvette radiator
-Flex-a-Lite reverse roation flex fan
-Posi from a 94 Camaro (you will need a ring gear spacer to make it work with the 3.42 gears I have in the truck)
Thats all the major stuff (I THINK) but there are a bunch more odds and ends for sure that aren\'t worth mentioning
Like I said, I DON\'T KNOW FOR SURE IF I\'M SELLING OR NOT YET! But I wanted to let you guys know, see if anybody out there would be interrested and what kind of offers I would get. If anybody IS seriously interrested,or if you have any other questions, send me a PM or email me at ne0logic@yahoo.com. Thanks guys.
