What do you think my set up will run?

Hey guys.I have a 383 with 10.5.1 .I am using trickflow 23 deg. heads with 195 intakes and cnc combustion chambers.I have a victor jr. intake with a 750 holley.I am running a 292 comp cam ....and a msd ign.With some 26 inch slicks and a 4.10s what do you think I will be running.Anysuggestions about my set up?I haven\'t put it together yet but I do have all the parts in my bedroom.Just doing a little bench testing. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif

your parts are laying in your bedroom, rofl. not that it\'s such a bad idea because it\'ll keep everything warm and rust-free, but still...



I\'d have to go with OneSick on this one. I\'d say if you\'re hitting your launches right and go almost flawless from there, high 11\'s should be within sights. Maybe even lower depending on elevation, etc.

i fully agree,you have a sweet combo,personally the only thing i would change is the camshaft(i really like rollers)i know sometimes the money isnt there to do a roller.what transmission(350-400)stall 3500,hope you have put a roll bar in your budget you will need one if you are at sea level or within 800ft i see mid to low 11\'s.keep us posted...... http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif

I am running a 350 tran and 3000 stall......IO duno I don\'t have moneyw this year for roll bar but if I walk away with one 11.4 slip or fastwe I will gizz in my pants.

I\'d say high 11s as well if you can launch it.
