My Dad has a 1984 Silverado that I need to find some parts for. I need an electric door lock and some internal body parts. The truck has 43,000 miles on it and is in great shape. He keeps it in the barn and uses it to pull his 5th wheel in the summer. I want to keep the parts as original as possible. Anyone have an idea where I can find parts?

Junkyard

You can usually find all sorts of goodies there.

Thanks, but by the time they make it to the junk yard, they have the same missing/broken parts as well. I am looking for new parts. I have ordered the door lock from a GM garage. The trim parts are not available from them.

I found door panels and stuff for my truck on Ebay, so you might want to try there.

eBay or LMC.

Almost anything is available through eBay. Just make sure to ask all the right questions in order to make sure your getting what you want that you will be bidding on.

LMC is quite a bit expensive but there quailty is supposed to be pretty high. You will get what you pay for though.

Space.
