I think my backspacing is 3.5\" .. I might have been able to get away with 4.5\" but my tires wrinkle and it woulda been close to the frame. The rubbers are 28x11.5x15.

i\'ve got 8 inch rims with 4 inch backspacing.. they clear the back perfect... i\'ve got mine lowered 3 inches and i have an inch clearance on each side of the rim wghich is what they reccomend

Vette wheels won\'t bolt up to a 2wd blazer. You\'ll need spacers cause the backspacing isn\'t right.
Offset all depends on the rim width. Backspacing doens\'t. Backspacing for a 2wd should be between 4-5\".
With a 15\" rim, and the rear dropped a little, I\'d run round a 9\" wide rim, 4.5-5\" bs, and a 295/5015\" tire. That should tuck, not rub, and look pretty good and fat.

I know my wheels are 15x10 and have 4 3/4\'\' of back spacing. They have about 1\'\' of space on the inside before they would hit the frame.

Is that the tires, or the rims? Do/would those tuck if your truck was lowered? Or are they at least inside the fenderwell?
