ever since i bought my 97 i have had a problem with the gas gauge. when i start it it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to go up to level, and sometimes it goes right to full and take 10 to 15 minutes to go back down to level, but this morning i started it and it went right to full and stayed there all the way to work, now i know i was close to running out of gas and stopped after work to put $10 in, and it went down to 3/4 tank which is about accurate, but this is really starting to drive me nuts and i\'m always worried about how much gas i actually have. Is there a sending unit in the dash or is it in the tank. Something is wrong somewhere and i don\'t even know what to change first.
