got my new project s10

well, as most of you know my s10 was recently totaled. so today my cousin gave me a truck to start on. Its a 1984 and the body is solid all the way around but its missing a hood, pass. fender and pass. door. but besides that its a pretty good truck.

i cant do any thing to it yet because of the insurance and all that stuff, but after everything is all said and done hopefully i can.

i wish you luck. if the insurance company pays for it then i think its theirs? then you have to buy it back. not positive though. any way it goes good luck.

Most states you can take 80% of the total insurance and keep the vehicle.

I think after they pay you for it you can offer them next to nothing for it and they should take it cause they really dont want to deal with it. wish ya luck

heck a few years ago i totaled a 88 firebird they paid me 2 times what the car was worth then they just gave the car to me. so hopefully they will do the same for you. good luck to you. nick
