Belt

My belt on my 283 whines like hell in the morning. for about 2-5 min then it stops how can i fix this. its just one belt no power steering or ac i got it tight and its a pretty new belt.

did you paint your pulleys or anything? sounds like its squeeling until it gets warmed up and a little bit stickier. throw a little belt dressing on there and see if it helps.
