stock heads off of what? if i was you id either go with a set of vortec heads or other aftermarket heads along with a set of headers. those heads WILL hold you back and are currently doing just that.

Riot is correct heads are the best investment you can make.. money well spent even if you decide to change your mind the resale is still of value..

.......... to choose the best heads for the job, some additional info would help, including: More details of the cam specs would help, as well as your intentions of use. Daily driver? or?

Vortec heads, performer rpm intake, and a set of 1 5/8" headers.



I am assuming the 268 cam is about the same as or is the comp extreme energy 268 cam.



If that is the cam you have I will guess 275 HP. If you make the changes above ,I guess somewhere around 335 HP.
