Decode Serial Number?

Need paint code for '93. Decal in glove box is worn, unable to read. Is it in the serial number? Thanks Jim

Wait, http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_idea.gif . If you know the original shade, blue, black, etc. The paint store can help. The factory colors are easy. Have them look up say a 93 blazer color black. They will in turn give you the GM code and know color. They can even do a piant match if you still have the original color on top. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif
