Hey thinkin' about puttin a v8 into my 2003 Extreme. Has any one had any luck with this swap?? http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_confused.gif

many have. the swap isnt really any different then a 1st gen. but if you go with a carbed motor you cant use your stock gauges.

hope you use an 03 or newer drivetrain

Hey ZR1BLAZER. Thanks for the response . If I use a motor out of an 03 or newer donor will that ease the installation?

Has any one made uo detailed instructions for this swap? particularly the electroncis part of it.
