fuel cell return??

Im gonna be running a fuel cell and a holley red. is there a return I have to run to the other port on the cell ? or just block it off?

Here (http://static.summitracing.com/global/images/instructions/hly-199r7914-2.pdf) is the link to the instructions PDF. Where would the other hose go? Block it.

How is your cell supposed to vent? I think that other port should be a vent.

is he talking about the other port on the bottom? ADH is right there should be a vent up top somewhere.

top port is vent .one side port out ,1 for return but if carburated block it off .. for the top one buy a rollover vent.
