These heads came on my odd ball 363 chevy, casting number 3927186, my machine shop guy said they are 1969 corvette lt1, original 2.02 1.60 valves, screw in studs, with the tapered spark plug holes. He said their worth thousands$$$. Ive seen some sell on ebay for about $700.

What do you guys think I should sell them for? and where would be a good place to advertise them? Thanks

They are 64cc hump heads. Yes they are worth something. They came on a varitey of chevys in 69 and 70. THey did come on the vette, also the novas, chevelles impalas and camaros. (I think I'm missing one or two.) The reason the guy said they could be worth thousands is becasue IF, and only IF someone wants them for the date code to bolt on ther numbers match car. On average they do sell for 6-800 on ebay done up and magnafluxed.

I've been looking for a set for a while, but when I have the cash I can't find a decent set.

yes matching numbers and accessory holes, they do have stainless manley valves, other than that everything is correct, im planning on selling them on ebay and using the money to buy some nice aluminum heads http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif

sell them and get some vortecs from GMPP. Newer, better, more reliable, better, stronger, faster, etc., etc, etc.

Ive seen sets of these go on ebay anywhere from $200 to $1000. all depends on the quality of them and if someone really needs that certain date code. Best of luck.
