95 S10, wiring mess

I am putting a 350 out of a 89 1500 into my 95 s10. I am using a NV3500 5speed out of a 94 1500. The engine and trans is in, but the wires are everywhere. I plan on using a carb with AC and possible a tauras fan. My question is, is there a diagram somewhere so I can see what wires in the compartment are vital for certain systems and which ones I can rip out? I would like all my guages to work and no check engine light would be nice.

Things you need to keep are as followed.

Lights, horn, altenator wiring, ac wiring, sensors for dash( oil pressure, temp, volt meter), neutral safety switch to convert to clutch. Brake lights, fuel gauge, starter, windshield wiper. If you plan to use the intank fuel pump, the relay for the fuel pump and a by pass regulator will be needed.
