I have had throttle cable issues till Friday. The cable was sawed through the sheath causeing me not to have wot and felt like I was mashing a sponge when I hammered it off the line. You can see me off the line on the video struggleing. Its fixed now and hope to have a 12.40's pass in the comeing month. I haven't got to put N20 on it yet because of not be able to get wot.

Nice, that's right around the same times that I run right now. I'm hoping to get her tuned a little better to squeeze some more before switching up my combo. Keep us updated when you decide to spray it, I'd be curious to see what your times drop to.

So far 1.71 is my best short time. I'm confident that I will dip well in to the 1.6's next time out since I had to stop early due to an air leak in one slick. I was upping the ante on each run. I'm hoping to get a little more top end out of the motor as well though.

Knanthrup...If you dont care could you tell me what gear, tire size etc etc you are running. My 60 is 1.92 to 2.00, I do run a tight converter though for nitrous later on.

No problem, my setup might be a little hard to compare with though since I'm using a manual trans. I'm running 3.73's, 28x10.5 MT ET Drags, NV3500 5 spd trans, and a mild 350. Rear suspension is dearched leafs with slapper bars set tight. One reason I'm using such a tall tire with lack of gear is to offset the granny ratios of the NV3500. I've been leaving off the line at 3500, 4000, and 4500rpms dumping the clutch, each time the tires stuck and she went without spin. Next time out I'm going to try 5000-5200rpms launches and see what breaks.

Are you having trouble with traction? Looked like she got a little squirmy off the line. What size and type of slicks are you running?
