Why the team G intake? You have heads and a cam that make power in approx the 2000-6000 rpm range and an intake that makes power from 3500-8000 rpm. Use a performer rpm intake. It will make lots more torque and probably the same power up top.

Man, we're sure beating up on ol' Mayham....;) He only wanted a HP guess.:)

But yeah, like the others, need a little more info. The Team G is single plane? Like Grimpuppy said, gotta go. And before I spent any $$ on those heads, I would consider unloading them and springing for some new aluminum Edelbrock E-Tecs w-intake, or smaller AFRs.

He also asked if it would work. :p Lots of things work, some better than others. The team G is bigger than a Vic Jr.

That is a large manifold for that combo. Under 3000 rpm I wouldn't expect very good throttle response. Especially if you have a stock convertor.

I've got basically the same thing as you with a 670 carb. My cam specs are close to yours, and and I have a performer rpm intake. It works fine, probably could work alot better with better heads, but for a budget it'll get up and go. You won't be dissapointed. I would definately go with a dual plane intake. You can find a nice used one cheap on ebay or craigslist
