T.V show Trucks..blown s10.

how fast with this truck end up going? so far i am not impressed..blown small block running 7.11 in the 1/8..my stang runs 7.10 with less cubes and raw..no nitrous -blowers..turbo..and its a true street car...i still like the s10's ..im not trying to start a ford vs Chevy thread ..i just fell that a truck like that should be way faster..there is a crap load of street s10 around here that are much faster on motor then the blown s10..something is not right with that truck..he did mention this site on today's episode

i kinda thought the same thing. we have alot of imports here running mid 7's. it is a sic truck though. i didn't get to catch the whole episode, just bits and pieces.

I think that was the third time that episode had aired. One of the hosts, Kevin, has posted here before, about the s-10 returning to Trucks, on Spike.

If you get a chance to watch it again, listen carefully when he mentions the web site, he says it backwards, which is actually the JTR site.

If I recall, it was Mike, or another member of this site that e-mailed Kevin about the butter-flies not opening on the scoop.

And I too have to agree...SOMETHING about that power combo ain't right. It looked like it hooked pretty good, but I can't understand that motor not having more ass to it.
