IMO it depends on your creativity.
If you have a friend or two you can lift the bed and front clip off pretty easily. I removed my bed by myself, with no jack, just a couple blocks. took it slow, blocked as I lifted, and tilted it off the back, onto a dolly.
You could remove the cab by jacking and blocking, till you high enough to clear the front or rear tires, then rig up a "cradle" with cinder blocks and (2) 10 foot long 2x12's. make (4) stacks of block, near the four corners of the cab, put one 2x12 under front, and one under rear of cab, then just roll chassis out from under it.
It won't be easy, and probably not safe (unless you have a nice flat slab), but it can be done.
The question is, unless your going to detail your frame like I did, why do you want to remove the entire body?
Look at some of my pics...I did not remove the cab of my truck, and if I say so myself, it turned out pretty nice.
