Yes 1 3/4 with 3 inch collectors. Bolts and collectors included.

May I ask why you changed you mind? Clearance issues??

Sure! No clearance issues. I did test fit them. I wanted to go to a larger primary ,but going from my custom made 1 5/8 long tubes it seemed like a down grade. So I'm going to go with fenderwells.
