It could be done. I have never seen one done on an s10 before though. Would take some good fabrication skills.
Space.

I saw that the other day too. Good luck trying to get the title changed to your name if you buy it. The seller bought it that way, tinkered with it, gave up on it, now wants to sell it, but NEVER got the title transfered to his name!!!
Here in PA, you'd never get it transfered without the previous owner being present, and showing ID.
Sorry for being a lil' "off-topic", but beings the guy bought it that way, and was unable to "work out the bugs", he probly wouldn't be much help anyway.

Actually a few years back my dad bought a Beretta for $25 with no motor. I put a motor in, my dad said I could have it. Turned out my dad never got the title transferred and by this time the guy he bought it from had moved to Arizona. We were able to have the next door neighbor who worked at a dealership take care of everything. Not saying its all on the up and up, but there is always a way...

I had to look a little bit, but I knew I saw that somewhere before. This is fiberglass, but something to take a look at. http://www.up22.com/S10.htm#GM-870
