Hey, that's a novel approach to mounting the engine! Let us know how it all works out. Gonna make some motor mounts at the ends of the motor plate, or rigid mount / Race only?

Great pix, keep 'em coming. Got any more pix of the crossmember?

Welcome to the site. It appears you know what your doing. Looks good so far. Like the motor mounts. Are you going to mount them solid or mount them with bushings in the ends?

Looks good man! I got the same motor on the go out of an 05 silverado! just half to figuer out motor mounts........what you doing for headers?

had the exact same set up 5.3 tsi glide and motor plates. but had to end up doing solid motor mounts the plate kept letting the motor slide back and tear up poly trans mounts its fixed now :naughty:
