Mike do you happen to know the design difference between the 1-1/2 and the 1-5/8? Are they more or less the same design as the old Sanderson 1-1/2" just with 1-5/8" tubing?

For the most part they are. Like most the headers they take the same basic path since there isn't a whole lot of paths to take on the S10.
