I need to swap to manual brake, does any one got the parts I need?

You'll need a master cylinder, and the plunger rod. THere is also a brace that bolts to the firewall that holds the brackets under the dash tight to the firewall.
I sold the last set that I had along with a manual steering box.

if u are a good fabricator you can make you own, i did, i took the power booster off the master cylinder, made a rod equal length to what it originally was and there ya go, manual brakes.

Well that is easy enough I though maybe the pivot point may not be correct to get enough leverage.

bruce i dont know if u saw it already but i sent u an email on here of a link that a guy used our brake system on a gran prix. very indetail and has pictures.

i just went to a u-pull-it and found a manuals truck and just took the rod and back plate that mounts to the fire wall only cost me 5 bucks

i can look for some last time i was at a you pull it they had 5 trucks with the manual brakes

go to an u -pull it or wreacking yard and get ...there are lots of s10 with manual brakes ..i can find you one and let you know the contact number and my buddy can ship it to you ..can you wait untill monday .....i will pm you the number when i see if he has some ..

I went to three yards today but no luck, all they had was power brakes. That would be great if you could find one for me. If you want to give me a call at 314-705-9152 are e-mail your number I can give you a call.

According to Autozone the manual and power master cyclinder is the same part, do you guys agree with this.

According to Napa there are two differant parts can some one give me the correct part number for a manual master cyclinder?

i ran a power master with mine there is no diff..you need the manual rod and plate to go on the fire wall and use the upper hole or lower on the pedal

my buddy said no but ,,if you can wait untill friday i will go to a u-pull-it check it out ..and if they have the stuff i just will get all of them...

That will be great all I need is the block off plate, the cup that holds the rod into the master and the rod.

Hey guys is there any type of stop on the power brake assy that keeps the pedal from comming back toward the driver and pulling the rod out of the master cylinder. My son might have removed somthing that I do not remember.

How about the g-body manual set ups? There are some out there with everthing you need to make the conversion. Anyone tried that?
