Heh heh... that was even before MY time.... barely.:icon_wink:
Back then, you can see how sloooow the launches were. I'd love to have seen some of the 60 ft. times back then, but I don't think the time slips parted out that information even in the mid 60's.

Huge strides were made in tire technology since then. And back then, most doorslammer classes were limited to 7" tread width. :icon_mad:

Great film quality too....... most of that era are pretty crappy.

That was a cool video i think i have actually seen some of those cars at the museum in pomona i always get a kick out of checking the old gassers out i cant believe more people didnt get killed back then
