There is a 6.0L being sold locally. Right now bidding is pretty low. But who knows. Local pickup only could knock out some of the long distance buyers. Just wondering how much they are worth, just incase it sells pretty cheap.

I'd say that if you could get it for "peanuts", then go for it, can't go wrong. Hell, the misc. drives & coil packs would be worth $255. But it's got nearly 4 days to go, probably will go for a lot more than $255. And if the owner is claiming to have no knowledge about it, chances are it is, at best, a very high mileage, oil burning pig. But for a core, that would make it a good find.
According to this website, that casting number is for a '99 thru '04 6.0 iron block engine.

good point, I reckon I was getting ahead of myself alittle bit. Im sure the price will go up as well, just asking in the "just-in-case" aspect of it.
Man, im wanting a LS motor in something. What I dont really know yet.
