how does this work

i have tried every way i know to upload a vidieo and it won't work it says file not found i put it on you tube and photo bucket. but wheni try to load on this site i type in the http://s578.photobucket.com/albums/ss222/HATFIELDSCHEVY/?action=view&current=DSCN0064.flv it dont work file not found when i try to type in the you tube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9bw-qgrgjGk it wont work file not found when i brouse it up loads for an hr. or two then says error when i call the phone # for help it says give your security code and is a recording.
