Questions about 6.0

Plan on building a 6.0 for an S10. Found an article about it and it was very impressive. Landed a 6.0 complete for $650 but the article used LQ92 heads (I believe). I know they are the same heads thats on a 6.2 but is the LQ92 after market?
Plan on using Carb and 150 shot of goofy juice so it should be about 650hp if the article is correct that is.

As I understand it, the GM L92 heads are the cats meow, complete pair for under $900. Aftermarket LSx heads are crazy expensive. And, make sure your intake is L92 head specific, different port configuration than the LS1 style heads.

I'd think that those engines have those heads?? Maybe an expert will check in. Or, go to an LS specific website?

The research I've done did state intake can be purchased by after market. Basicly it says, 6.0 with LQ92 heads, 850 carb and the after market intake with hot shot cam = 500hp. Pretty stout I'm thinking for a lil S10.
It just didn't mention the little stuff like which sensor I can throw away and stuff like that. I've started a note book to get my project all layed out so I dont waste money.
