Had several requests for pics on how my cage attaches to the frame. I hope the pics show it good enough. It's hard to get a good shot. It has 2 X 3.5 boxed end square tube for outriggers front and rear. The cage is also tied to the ladder bar cross member.

Thanks, Bakus, I was lucky and got a chasis builder to do it for me. He wouldn't paint the bars either. That will be a beer day.

If you dont already have one,a gravity feed,HVLP detail gun is a great investment for painting roll bars. It'll keep you from turning into a piece of flypaper, and you wont believe how little paint youll use.We do alot of stock and sprint car frames & thats what we use.Try to get one with a 1.0 fluid tip.A.8 too small.you can pick one up for about $100.
Save you alota grief.

Nice job! :headbang: My brother does roll cages, his last was in a IMCA rally VW jetta for a guy from Russia, He doesn't paint them either (must be a real pain). I'm planning on a S&W cage and making the trip up to BG, KY to get help with the install. :burnout:
