Motor mounts

I have a 93 s10 2.8 2 wheel drive and the motor mounts from this site. In order to get the motor to fit in the truck i had slide the driver side all the forward and the passenger side all the to the back . and tad take the non ac box and valve cover off to get in . motor is all the aginst the fire wall has no adjusment at all and the oil pan is hitting the cross member. Any thoughts would very helpful at this point the motor is stuck . The point on the motor mounts are facing forward and the one with a hole in it is on the pasager side and I'm using outer most holes the ones closeast to the frame.:(

any way you can get a pic? it sounds like everything is set up right? dont see why you would have a problem. if we can see it we might be able to help better.

Well I removed my trans cross member. Did you get the right mounts I think their is a difference between the v6 and 4cl mount don't quote me on that thought. I left my rubber mount hooked up to my frame I slid the motor in and then installed the steel mount to motor and let it down from the hoist it takes a little to get in but not as much as your talking about hope this helps. It takes a little to get it running but its worth the wait.
