What!!!! Blow through hat for the carb
Internally regulated wastegates
Non intercooled
No pics of the down pipes yet
No blow off valve

Nice job on the headers!! You make those yourself??

yep I built them from a patriot sprint car header kit. as far as intercooler and blow off valve I found that I lose to much boost pressure between gears with the BOV, and the turbos dont get hot enough on a run to have an intercooler. as far as the internal waist gates they are a 10lb gate w/o boost controlers hooked up and I am hitting 22psi at the hat. I have since hooked up the boost controlers and have hit 40psi at the hat

Not sure yet but a friend of mine runs a shop that has a dyno and he thinks I should be somewhere around 700hp. we will know next month when we run it on the dyno.

nice looking set up. if your doing 22psi with 10lb gates you have a problem. and 40psi max??? thats desial motor pressure. but a bov really isnt needed on an auto. i would love to see some video.

I hit 22psi at the carb with both turbos at 3500rpm , combined pressure with the waist gates not hooked up to boost presure

nope Im running 110oct , I am not running a innercooler cause it doesnt get hot enough to worry about heat down the track. by the time i get back to the pits the engine temp just hits 200deg , plus the turbo ilets sit at the head light openings so they are getting fresh air while moving.

you dont need alc. pump gas is good. just high octain with low total timing. but i cant see doing more then 10-12psi with out an intercooler. temps will get high creating detonation. i am in the middle of doing twins on my blazer the goal is 550-600rwhp. good luck and keep us updated.

I have a 97 Wrangler i did a turbo set up in , that I am pushing 18lbs of boost no intercooler and I get no detonation at all, and it is a daily driver but the turbo on that never gets over 200 deg cause of its mounting location.

today I drove the blazer around the neighborhood fairly hard on it at high rpms for about 15 min and then I used a lazer temp guage on the turbo and it only read 312 deg, and never showed any sign of detonation. also during this time I was showing 9 lbs of boost at each turbo and 17 lbs of boost at the carb where both turbos meet.

Thumpn, I got a question for you. Do you have a boost gauge an the hat??? What you are saying is impossible. You have 2 turbos putting out 9 lbs each, you don't add them! The pressure is equalized at the hat were the two meet. You do have twice the VOLUME, not twice the pressure.

OK, give you a scenario. I have a pool I'm filling up. I am using my garden hose. The city has the pumping station have a set pressure at 40 lbs. Then I get my neighbors hose to help. Each hose has the ability of 40 lbs, but don't add up to 80. I do get twice the volume, not twice the pressure. Both are open to atmosphere, same as your turbos.

Now, If you have a boost gauge that is showing the pressure of 17 lbs at the hat then I will shut up.

Hmm that's what I was thinking the turbos will cancel each other out, the only reason I asked if was on alky bc of the high boost pressure but with 9 at the hat what was is 110 octane I think it would be ok but not a 17 psi with no inter cooler that's my input but I have been proven wrong before

I have a guage on each turbo and one at the hat, on the test run I did today I was showing 8lbs at each turbo( with both boost controllers fully closed) and I was showing 15lbs at the hat.

Here is a pic of my guages:

that is the 1st time i have ever seen that. the boost at the carb is the only one that matters but that is a good way to keep detailed info on whats going on everywhere.
