If your looking for a good cheap switch, try a Pico Battery Disconnect Switch, i have used a couple of these, they have a removable key and are cheap, i payed about 13.00 for the last one i bought from summit, they are a little cheaply made compared to the 50.00 switches, but they do a good job......................

The only thing I can add is that since you're adding a battery disconnect switch, gotta assume it's for racing.

If so, make sure it meets the requirements, mainly that it can shut down the engine when off. With most vehicles, because the alternator is working, the engine continues to run with the switch off.

There are some wiring tricks that can be done to accomplish this, but the best solution IMHO, is to buy a disconnect switch that is 2 pole....... that is, 2 big studs for the battery connections, and 2 small studs for ignition shutoff or alternator shutoff.

for instance:

Most racing organization rules don't allow removable key type disconnect switches. I use the 2 pole switch that Scotty_S-15 mentioned.
