I have a 1988 s10 with a TH350 looking to install a Turbo 400 will i have to change the crossmember.

Not sure but at worst you may have to move crossmember a bit-

you will have to move crossmember or modify it i found easier to modify

cross member needs moved or .dyno max has one for the s-10 with a th400 plus you will need to change the drive shaft yoke the yoke will be diff
