diesel techs!!!

Are there any diesel techs out there?? i am looking to get into the diesel industry. just wanted to know if yall like it better. if it pays better or what not. i want to get out of the dealerships and into the diesel what do yall think thanks!!!

I went to Nashville Auto Diesel College and I am now a heavy equipment and material handling technician. Been doing it for 6 years. In my area an automotive tech will make more money if they are good. Most auto dealerships are flat rated, being you have a certain time to get the job done. You get paid that amount weather you finish in that time or not. However I enjoy Diesel more than gas. They are much easier to work on.
