ok, i have a 1991 chevrolet s10 2.5 TBI 5speed, i also have a Pontiac Firebird with the 305 TBI V8 and the 5speed, i wnat to know if the 305 and the 5 speed will bolt up with little modifications, i have a rear end out of a 1993 4.3 V6 4x4 s10. is this enough or do i need more or what, any advice is helpful.

the rear that you have in the truck will work just fine and the 305 and the 5 spd out of the firebird will work just fine as well. all you will need is the 2.8 mount pads and the v8 conversion mounts from the site.

sounds like you have a good start but Buy the Book from JTR
before you put the engine in cause the pictures will help you pound out the tight spots and save you lots of frustration
