What kind of transmission

ive got a 86 s10 ext cab and im putting a v8 in it and ive got a turbo 350 and and 400 which one will be easier to install and is more better and im reaching for about 400 450 hp

AGOOD 350 will take that power. A 400 is a bit stronger from factory-=

are you going to race it or more for street I chose a 700R4 because I do more DD that anything.

the 350 is easier to install ..but trans dapt makes a cross member to install the th400 in the s-10

im going to use it mostly for street but i might take it to the track once in a while, itll be just a weekend truck take it on drives, race somebody if they want to, stuff like that and i want it to be an easy install and where can i find that trans dapt crossmember just at like jegs or summit

where they sell trans dapt ...if you going to use the th350 you can use the stock crossmemeber with the th350
