will truck coils and bracket from a 2003 6.0 truck work for my s10 ls1 swap are they the same and will the harness work thanks

I believe they are exactly the same. at least the coil packs are the same and the wiring to the coil packs are the same. The brackets may be different, but I don't think so. Do you have access to the truck or are you just buying the parts?

i found them on ebay and was wanting to know if i could use them i have nothing to compare them to i figured someone on here had tried it before

There is a build up book at Auto Zone for the Gen III truck. corvette and ls trucks. The book has alot of stuff in it. Hops up alot of motors in it. They talk about the truck vs. car coils comparo. Helped me alot. Well worth the $25 bucks! I think the brackets are the same. I heard that the big LS1 builders like the truck coils over the F-body style. For some reason the hold up better. Just a far warning, better see some truck coils first. I bought some on craigslist that came from a total out truck. The coils where damaged! Mounting on the coil tabs bent!
