Hi im new to this site. I need help figuring out what my spline is on my rear axle. It is a 1993. I need to know because I am looking at buying a mini spool for the rear end but dont want to pull the axle out to count. Is there any way anybody can help identify how many spline I have. Thanks in advance.

I get conflicting info on the spline counts. The best way is to actually pull an axle and count the splines. If it was mine, I'd pull the axle before I spent time and money ordering the wrong spool.

my 93 is 28. however, from research i did at one time. i found that early 93 could have 26. i pulled the axle. like copper said, i would pull and make sure and not waist the money. You could always pull the cover and weld the spider gears and not be out any money.
