When using the 4.3 bellhousing and 5-speed, when the 350 is put in will the adapter motormounts sit right over top of the 2.8 mounts required for installation? It sounds awful easy..Sure would make life easier..and cheaper.

yes they will might have to slide mounts one way or another but thats what the slots in them are for. hope this helps.

that is it. but its not as easy as one may think. but you will need to play with the crossmember or motor mounts all depending on where you want the motor to sit. but thats all part of the test fit. no direct answer there.

Thanks for the info guys. I joined the community for the info and it's there. I'm plotting this change carefully, a lot of guys at work are watching my progress from rusty driver to a driver with BALLS.
