front & rear sway bar

I know that there are two differnt ones for the front but what one is the biggest? My truck dont have one on the back should I put one on it ? I work at a junkyard and parts come cheap . will the newer ones work better the the old ones? my truck is a "93

I am not sure but dont only four wheel drive trucks only have sway bars on the back? Correct me if I am wrong, but hope it helps

The Zq8 trucks had rear sway bars, too. The rear sway bar from a 4 door blazer is the same unit. Another option, and frankly it's the one I'm going to eventually go with, is to use a 3rd or 4th gen F-body rear sway bar. It'll bolt to the top of the axle and the ends will line up with the frame. Then you just have to bolt it to the frame with some short end-links. It'll save a big headache with swapping over all the s-truck rear sway bar bracketry.
