Has anyone measured the correct angles on the tube that comes off the headers and bends back to the rear of the vehicle. I just wanna take these dimensions to a muffler shop and bend it so I can mount it on my blazer.
Thanks

I take it you have shorty headers? This measurement could possibly be different for a lot of folks. Are your headers straight or angle plug type? Depending on where your motor is oriented in the mounts can also change this measurement. I would just take it to the muffler shop and let them "eyeball it".

ditto, some custom bending may be needed.

Yeah, I agree, too many variables to simply say its "X" degrees.
What I can say is that on mine, I used a pair of manufactured 45* elbows, and welded on the flanges slightly cocked as needed. A little cheezy, yeah, but worked for me.

i lucked out and got some free 2 1/2 fuck up pipes from my local exhaust shop. already had some nice mandrel bends in them, just used what i needed, but basicaly with the shorty headers is a about a 45 degree angle that u need for down pipes, then i put a couple feet of pipe and summit welded mufflers, and it sounds pretty beeffy. if u still have gas tank it stock location, this could be a problem.

I have a set of headman headers I cut the collectors off and used a 45 from ebay on each side and moved the collectors further down so I could have access to them much much ease
