You'll have to pull the relay socket off of the relay to test the wires in it.

With a multi-meter set to DC voltage, test the large wires for 12 volts, whichever one show voltage is from the battery, the other goes to the starter solenoid.

Now set your meter to resistance and test the smaller wires for a ground. One will give you a reading, this wire is the ground side of the relay switch. The other wire then needs to get connected to the ignition switch.

But as stated above, none of these wires come from the computer. So the small wire which doesn't show going to ground should be connected directly to the ignition switch through the neutral safety switch. So your issue could be a bad neutral safety switch.

the switch was fine when i started the swap and have tested on another s10 , i know that the newer models like mine 98 and newer there is an anti theft device which must run between the ignition comp and neutral safety switch i believe this is where my problem lies for i have all power except the starter relay port 85 which for some reason is dead. i ran that wire back all the way to the neutral switch and its plugged into the top which must be output where is the input and what color i believe it is yellow and on the lower harness plug please help thanxs
