Nearly finished, but wont start

I'm almost finished with my 350 install and tried to start it over the weekend, but couldn't.

First off the fuel pump wouldn't run, so I traced the wiring to where it goes into cab. Found the connector which runs to the rear. I can hot wire the pump here to make it run. so I'm going by the GM service manual to trouble shoot this and it refers to a test terminal for the fuel pump and only gives a vague location.

Does anybody know exactly where this is and what it looks like?

I think the data link under the steering wheel also has a port to test the fuel pump

Thought I'd let anyone who cares where this is.

By the power distribution block there's a large bundle of wiring in split loom going towards the firewall. Coming out of this bundle is a red 14-16 guage wire with a female spade connector on it. This is the terminal you can put 12v in and run the fuel pump without turning on the key.
