View Full Version : Spray on TInting For blinkers and tail lights?

So my friends tell me about this "spray on" tinting for like tail lights and blinkers and stuff, has anyone else heard of, or used this? how does it work? where do u buy it from? and whats it called? maybe how much does it cost? im rather interested in this, my s dime needs the front blinkers tinted and the tails blacked out any help would be awesome thanks!

never heard of it sticks with amber and clear bulbs.

The stuff works excellent..i have used it afew times already on diff. projects the key is very light coats and a good light wet sand and polish afterwords..i also tryed a good clear coat on a few and that worked out good to. i will try and find a link to it...if i remember correctly its called night shades..

It works. Just make sure to spray it nice and evenly. I did a set of lights on a car a few years back. I ran the stuff down a headlight. Looked like crap. Sanded it smooth, repainted it and it just never looked good after that. THe other headlight came out perfect though.

I have it done on the Blazer I just got. I think it was $12 a can here local. Works good. Like said before don't rush and get light spots or runs.
