Carb Question

Want to go with 350/carb ,when I do my engine swap,do i have to bypass the computer, its a 91,any input would be helpfull.

might want to give some engine specs as well as intended use of truck.

stock to fairly mild street use 650 vacuum secondary strip maybe use mechanical
