77 350 to 5 speed

I have a 1977 c10 pick up with a 350 4bl and turbo 350 trans. I would like to use this engine in a mid 90's S-10. I just what to know. will this motor bolt up to any of the stock S-10 transmissons? I would prefer a 5 speed. If not is it going to be hard to use the turbo 350? :confused:

more info on the 5 speed? did have 2.2L ? 4.3L?

ok maybe I wasn't very clear ;) I am looking for an S-10. I see them for sale all the time. I can get what ever I want. What I need to know is, will a 5 speed from say a 4.3 bolt up to my 77 350? I'm just worried that an engine this old won't bolt up. if not I will just buy any s-10 and use the turbo 350.

I didn't think any tranmisson will work from the 2.2,Right??

I'm not looking to race. i just want a mild sleeper;)

As far as 4.3 bolt pattern on a 5 speed will work but as far as doing it you might wanna ask someone on here that has done the 5speed...I just put a auto in mine makes it easier on me.
